It tracks its progress through its Quarterly Sustainability reports, auditing each stage of the garment life cycle from fabric manufacturing, to customer garment care.
30% Merino Wool, 20% Cotton, 25% Nylon, 25% Acrylic
Charli uses certified Woolmark Australian Wool that adheres to the strictest standards. It uses premium and traceable Australian Merino wool which is breathable with a super soft hand feel, and is complemented by responsibility sourced trims and detailing.
Charli's sources its cotton under the Better Cotton Initiative BCI, which is a socially responsible programme developed to educate farmers in the growing of crops for a better product and a better environment. It reduces the environmental impact of cotton production, with up to 55% less pesticides and 14% less water being used. Additionally Charli pledges to only use conventional synthetic fibres that are recycled/post-consumer.

Returns and exchanges from a UK address are free in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
We must receive any returned item within 14 days of the date of its delivery.

Once we have received and confirmed your return/exchange request, you will need to arrange the return at your own cost. Your return must reach us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.

We are able to work remotely, we process every order internally, and we are in a fortunate position that we have sole and private access to our warehouse.
