Returns and exchanges from a UK address are free in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
If you wish to return or exchange one or more items in your order, simply click 'Request a Return' in the bottom left corner of our website, fill in the 'Order Lookup form', and follow the instructions.
You will be able to request the date you wish to dorp off your parcel at your local Post Office branch, and we will email you a Return slip and Return label one day before your chosen date.
We must receive any returned item within 14 days of the date of its delivery.
Europe & International:
If you wish to return or exchange an order from a European or other International address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received and confirmed your return/exchange request, you will need to arrange the return at your own cost. Your return must reach us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.
